Odeum Labor Services was founded in 2024 through the merger of Mind the Gap Labor Services and TINC Productions, two companies with over 30 years of combined experience in the events and entertainment industry. Odeum provides support for live events, fabrication shop installations, theater, TV studios, immersive installations, and location-based entertainment.

Odeum’s full-time project management team handles operations and client relationships, while our nationwide network of freelancers delivers top-tier performance on-site. At Odeum, we believe every show runs better when the right people are in the right roles and when communication is clear, responsive, and respectful.

  • Our loaders keep things moving — safely, quickly, and with care. From unpacking trucks to wrapping, labeling, and repacking gear at strike, they support efficient load-ins and load-outs that keep the rest of the crew on track.

  • Certified and experienced, our operators safely handle forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other essential show-day machinery. Whether unloading trucks, lifting truss, or supporting scenic installs, they keep things moving on schedule.

  • Our scenic artists help bring designs to life — with precision, texture, and a steady hand. Skilled in painting, aging, color-matching, and specialty finishes, they collaborate closely with designers to execute creative visions across stage, set, and immersive environments.

  • Need a scuba-certified stagehand? A confetti cannon wrangler? Someone to cue a snow machine in perfect sync with a drone show? We’ve probably done it or know someone who has.
