We Are Odeum
We don’t fill shifts. We build crews.
Where people make the difference — every time.
Odeum Labor Services was founded in 2024 through the merger of Mind the Gap Labor Services and TINC Productions, two companies with over 30 years of combined experience supporting live events, theater, TV studios, immersive installations, and location-based entertainment.
We’re not just a labor vendor — we’re a partner. Our full-time project management team handles operations and client relationships, while our nationwide network of freelancers delivers top-tier performance on-site. We believe every show runs better when the right people are in the right roles and when communication is clear, responsive, and respectful..
Our mission is simple: to create meaningful opportunities for our crew and exceptional outcomes for our clients. That means fair wages, reliable support, and crews equipped to solve problems before they happen. Whether it’s a museum install, immersive experience, or multi-day brand activation, we show up as partners — not placeholders.
At Odeum, transparency, fairness, and professionalism aren’t just policies — they’re how we work.

Our Services
Technical Talent For Every Need
-
The backbone of live event production: skilled, adaptable, and essential. Our crews support load-ins, strikes, and show builds across staging, AV, lighting, and scenic. Whether running cable, setting risers, or packing gear, they keep the workflow smooth, safe, and on time — always show-ready.
-
From scenic builds to finish work, our carpenters bring precision, speed, and flexibility to every project. Whether constructing show decks, platforming, flats, or finish installation of elements, they’re experienced across theatrical, experiential, and branded environments — always building to spec and schedule.
-
Experienced show electricians who know their way around power, dimming, and distribution. Our crews install and troubleshoot lighting systems for experiential activations, immersive environments and all manner of live events — safely, efficiently, and always show-ready.
-
Our AV techs support the setup and breakdown of video systems across live, corporate, and experiential events. From running signal and rigging displays to assisting with camera, playback, or control gear, they’re trained to work efficiently, safely, and as part of your larger AV team.
-
Our riggers bring precision, safety, and experience to every hang. From down rigging to high steel, they’re trusted to install motors, truss, cable picks, and hardware — always in compliance with venue standards and engineering specs.
-
Our loaders keep things moving — safely, quickly, and with care. From unpacking trucks to wrapping, labeling, and repacking gear at strike, they support efficient load-ins and load-outs that keep the rest of the crew on track.
-
Certified and experienced, our operators safely handle forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other essential show-day machinery. Whether unloading trucks, lifting truss, or supporting scenic installs, they keep things moving on schedule.
-
Our scenic artists help bring designs to life — with precision, texture, and a steady hand. Skilled in painting, aging, color-matching, and specialty finishes, they collaborate closely with designers to execute creative visions across stage, set, and immersive environments.
-
Need a scuba-certified stagehand? A confetti cannon wrangler? Someone to cue a snow machine in perfect sync with a drone show? We’ve probably done it or know someone who has. When the job is weird, wacky, or wonderfully specific, our bench runs deep with skilled specialists ready to make it happen.
